Wild Turkey | Lawrenceburg, KY
Visitor experience design
For the opening of the new Wild Turkey Visitor Center in Lawrenceburg, KY, TBA Global was asked to provide a comprehensive user experience that captured the unique cultural and historical essence of Wild Turkey Bourbon, while showcasing the new spirit of the brand expressed in the architecture. Perched above the Kentucky River, the visitor center offers tours, events, tastings and retail and is a must-see destination on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail.
The project scope included signing and wayfinding, furniture, integrated video and interactive displays, as well as a sixty foot long historical timeline with curated stories, information, and artifacts. Visitors learn about Bourbon-making in Kentucky, the history of Wild Turkey (and legendary master distiller Jimmy Russell) and American culture from Prohibition to present day.
